What better than to make a toast with Pisco Sour!Although it´s also claimed by the Peruvians to be theirs, I just say por favor - we´re all latinos (meaning chilenos y peruanos) and why fight about a great cocktail when you can enjoy it!!!!
Couldn´t find a good picture of how it should be served though, which is in a cocktail glass.
I do like the Mohai in the picture, the stone statue from the Isla de Pascua and I looooooove the Cordillera at the back.
That´s something I miss from Santiago, to be able to see the Cordillera, so majestic, so beautiful.
And from grandmothers balcony, the impressing view of the Oceano Pacifico.
Guess someone should really get her act together and plan a trip soon!

Åhhh vad jag blev sugen på en Pisco sour!!!! TUR att det är fredag imorgon så man kan blanda till en ;)
